Found this lovely one on design sponge  - best cure for almost anything! (design sponge that is;))

I could not resist it....he is one of the most well known and celebrated photographers in the world, he has contributed to many campaigns for the most prestigious fashion houses across the globe and has received many awards for his incredible work. He is of course Mario Testino. His L.A. home is featured on the March issue of US Vogue, it is a celebration of beauty and filled with the most amazing treasures.

Monday / wish you were here features on DF

First of all Happy Monday everyone! I hope that you all had a great weekend. What did you get up to? 

Mine was busy but very productive and today I'm ready for all that this brand new week has decided to throw at me! Did I mention that "wish you were here" is featured on Decorating forum  this week? Well it is and I'm over the moon!... It's going to be a great week! I just want to say a big thank you to my readers and everyone who nominated my blog and to Julie-Ann from Decorating Forum for this great opportunity...wow, it's such a thrill! On the market

Our house is finally on the market. We have done it!
It was our first open house last Saturday and I was so busy all week I didn't have much time to blog or do much else, it's amazing how many little things still needed to be done - we wanted everything to be perfect!
It was madness on the day but we managed to make every room look great...phew!...Five of us are a pretty good team together...!

Here's one of the shots taken by the real estate photographer for the ads a couple of weeks ago

It's our living area - it's a pretty big room.

Must say last Saturday was a great day for our first opening, the weather was gorgeous, we had quite a few groups through and the feedback was great...yeay!!! A relief!

Hope to survive the next few weeks...wish me luck!

Home on the market - or should I say castle? This stunning property in Saint Victor La Coste, France is indeed a provencal castle and definitely my fave home for sale this week...dream...

Hotel in Switzerland - the "Nira Alpina" an amazing, new hotel with stylishly rustic interiors in the village of Surlej, not far from the sophisticated and very well known St. Moritz is my travel destination of choice this week...it really looks divine surrounded by the soft white snow, doesn't it?
