Well it's NYE believe it or not...What happen to 2010 I'm not really sure but it is time to look forward to the New Year and welcome it in style of course!

Love my shells

They move around quite a bit, my shells that is - nothing stays in the same place for too long at our house - this is where they are at the moment and although the vase is dark, serious and a completely different style - it was my mum and dads - I quite like the way they look together...what do you think?

Thank you Santa

I asked Santa for a new camera and on Xmas day I was lucky enough to find a special parcel under my Xmas tree. I love my new camera and even though I'm still a beginner I take it everywhere I go. This morning I've been walking around the house taking a few shots and decided to share some with you. It's only the beginning and I will improve I promise!

Well, with only one sleep to go I'd just like to wish everyone a joyful and safe Xmas. We're nearly there, just a few more little touches and we will be able to enjoy our special time with friends and family.

And finally thanks to all of you for sharing images, thoughts and wonderful ideas on your blogs, I'm only new to blogging but have enjoyed every moment of it. Night before Xmas

With five sleeps to go things are getting really hectic at our house! The wrapping paper, the ribbons and the handmade cards are disappearing pretty quickly while the lights and presents are slowly growing under the Xmas tree...I feel like a child, I love this time of the year, I love everything about it...and apart from the madness and the rush...well, it's just magic...:))

Colour please

I love to be surrounded by a lot of colour at Xmas time, it's so much fun and it makes me feel great. I love Kate Spade's NY shop, isn't it great? So colourful, joyful and festive, it's such a great example of how wonderful and important it is to be different and make a statement in life :))

I have started wrapping up presents today and I have realised that red is once again my colour of choice this Xmas! I just love it. What are your favourite xmas combos? I'd like to hear :))

Vogue it

I'm always looking for inspiration everywhere and today I was also looking for peace and quiet. I found the three of them in this beautiful b&w image. I just love the simplicity of it and the total absence of colour is heavenly.
